Refund and Returns Policy

At Jemagic, each piece is carefully selected and thoughtfully packaged to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely.

Due to the natural and unique qualities of gemstones and jewellery pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We kindly ask that you choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, we sincerely apologise and will make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jemagicnz@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once approved, Jemagic will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items. We will then offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund.

Items reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible for return unless required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Additional Information

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.

  • As each gemstone is naturally unique, slight variations in colour and internal characteristics are not considered faults but part of their natural beauty. Please note that Jemagic pieces feature natural hand-set gemstones, with each piece differing slightly.
