We ship to New Zealand addresses only. Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances that are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Inclusions and imperfections in the stone and silver do not constitute a refund, as this is part of the nature of natural and handmade products.
When you buy a product from Jemagic, the sale is final unless the item breaches a guarantee under the Consumer Guarantees Act. You are not entitled to a refund or exchange if:
