What materials do you use to make your jewellery?
We use stamped Sterling Silver settings and various natural gemstones in our pieces.
Do you offer custom jewellery designs?
At the moment, we only offer our pre-designed pieces, but feel free to send us requests of stones you would like to see featured!
Will my jewellery look exactly like in the photo?
While your jewellery should look very similar to our photos, slight variations in color, shape, and inclusions may occur, due to the uniqueness of natural gemstones and the hand-crafted nature of our pieces. This individuality is normal and is part of what makes your piece special!
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary free delivery within New Zealand on all our orders, so you will not have to pay anything extra on top of your jewellery cost 🙂
How long will it take to recieve my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 working days, but may take a little longer at busy times. Orders are shipped from Auckland and delivery times will depend on your location. We will send you a tracking link once your order has been shipped, so you can stay up to date with its progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we can only ship within New Zealand at this stage.
Care and Maintenance
How do I care for my Jemagic jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, store it in a safe place when not in use, and clean away dust and dirt carefully with a soft cloth. For more information, check out our jewellery care guide.
What should I do if my jewellery tarnishes?
Although we use durable high-quality Sterling Silver in our pieces, it is possible that Sterling Silver may naturally tarnish over time when exposed to certain environments and chemicals. Try gently polishing it with a silver cleaning cloth to restore its shine, and follow our jewellery care guide to keep your pieces looking their best.
